Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. royalclub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify royalclub customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All transactions on the royalclub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). royalclub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Available payment methods are subject to change at royalclub's discretion.
royalclub does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which royalclub accepts no liability. Deposits made in error cannot be refunded once used in gameplay.

royalclub implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet-based transmission is completely secure, and royalclub cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, royalclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other intangible losses.
royalclub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. royalclub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
